Massive sinkhole swallows farmland in Indonesia
A massive sinkhole has appeared in Central Aceh, Indonesia, consuming farmland and endangering the livelihoods of local farmers. Caused by ongoing soil shifts and landslides, the sinkhole has destroyed crops, mainly coffee, chili and sugar canes, and prompted safety measures in the surrounding areas.
