WATCH: Labuschagne falls in one of the strangest-ever cricket dismissals!

South Africa-born Australian cricketer Marnus Labuschagne was bowled in the most bizarre fashion on day one of the fifth Ashes Test.

At the dinner interval of the pink-ball Test, England had reduced Australia to 85/4, with the first session ultimately headlined by the bizarre dismissal of Labuschagne.

Having counter-attacked with a superb 44 runs off just 53 balls, the South Africa-born star moved outside off stump as Stuart Broad delivered a ball that honed in on leg stump.

Labuschagne failed to get his bat anywhere near the ball as it rocketed into his stumps, with the batsman falling flat on his stomach afterwards as England celebrated a key fourth wicket.
