‘Most degrading content’: Minnie Dlamini Jones slams MacG & Jub Jub

Minnie Dlamini Jones : ‘The Mac G and Jub Jub podcast is the most degrading piece of content I wish I never consumed.’

Actress Minnie Dlamini Jones slammed MacG and Jub Jub after the controversial episode of Podcast And Chill aired on 1 December.

Minnie Dlamini Jones said Podcast And Chilli the “most degrading piece of content” that she wishes she never consumed.

“The MacG and Jub Jub podcast is the most degrading piece of content I wish I never consumed. I couldn’t even finish it! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Women can’t be spoken about like this and it’s condoned?! Do better!!!” she tweeted.

Other celebrities such as rapper Cassper Nyovest and DJ Prince Kaybee also slammed the controversial podcast.

This is after Amanda du Pont claimed Jub Jub raped her for two years.

“I was raped, physically and emotionally abused for two years by Jub Jub. The only thing I did wrong was keep quiet. But that ends here I will not be publicly ridiculed by this criminal. Him and MacG saw it fit to drag my name on their podcast for clout at the cost of amplifying a Gender Based Violence Case,” she said.

Twitter users may hate Jub Jub right now but they don’t seem to feel the same way about MacG. Tweeps slammed Minnie in the comments section of her tweet after she slammed MacG and Jub Jub.

“The saddest part is do you know how much we endured watching your trash presenting on Soccer Zone for two years with zero knowledge of football and we never judged you,” wrote @ChrisExcel102.

Others defended Minnie.

“At least she never spoke about anyone in a degrading manner. She’s addressing a very important issue at hand and I don’t get how your statement related to her tweet. Out of all the days we still have for 2021, you chose to be umdidi wenja today. Do better bro,” wrote @Brighton_dube20.
