Miss of the day: Jota or Sikhakhane, EPL vs PSL
One in the English Premier League and one right here in the Premier Soccer League; which of these was the miss of the day?
Miss of the day: On a Saturday full of football action, except at the FNB Stadium, there were a couple of howling misses from strikers.
In the English Premier League, Diogo Jota failed to score into a goal bereft of its keeper as Liverpool struggled to break down Wolves.

In South African meanwhile, Thembela Sikhakhane went on an amazing run before incredibly firing wide.
Amazulu would not break the deadlock in a KZN derby and might rue the missed opportunity.

While Amazulu couldn’t score and had to settle for yet another draw, in the EPL, Liverpool found a late winner courtesy of Divock Origi.
Origi was praised by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who lamented that the Belgian hasn’t been used as much as he should at the club.
“Divock Origi, the legend, finished it off and it’s a great story,” said Klopp. “He’s an incredible striker, for different reasons he did not play that often but I hope one day he finds a manager that plays him more than I do.
“He’s one of the best finishers I’ve ever seen in my life. In this great team, with our three, he doesn’t play all the time but he is a very positive boy, loves the club, wants to contribute and he did in an incredible way.”
Liverpool went to the top of the Premier League with the win but knew that Manchester City had a chance to snatch first with a win against Watford.
“Other results are not really important, we just want to win football games,” added Klopp. “We played three days ago and the derby (against Everton) is easy to focus on as it’s the game of the year, then we start the machine again and I like how we fought today.”
