India touch down in South Africa for key series – PICTURES

The Indian cricket team has arrived in South Africa for their highly-anticipated tour against the Proteas beginning with the Boxing Day Test.
The Proteas are set to play three Tests against India from 26 December 2021 to 15 January 2022, with plenty of work having gone on behind the scenes to ensure this tour could go ahead despite concerns around the fourth wave of Covid-19 in South Africa.

The series will form part of the new cycle of the ICC World Test Championship and will be hosted in three venues: SuperSport Park, Wanderers and Newlands, respectively.
