The Springboks will have another English referee in charge for their second Test against Ireland in Durban on Saturday, 13 July.

The clash at Hollywoodbets Kings Park will kick off at 17:00.

English referee Luke Pearce took charge of the opening Test at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria and there may have been a couple of Irish supporters who were left frustrated at some of his decisions.

A second English referee, Karl Dickson, will be in charge of Saturday’s Test.

Pearce will be one of the two assistant referees, along with Wales’ Craig Evans.

England’s Ian Tempest will be on TMO duty.

The Springboks won the only Test in which they have been refereed by Dickson – against Argentina in Port Elizabeth in August 2021 – by a score of 29-10.
