Ukrainian 'victory plan' based on 'coercive instruments'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last month said the country had a “victory plan” for ending the war with Russia on its own terms, but that plan has so far been kept under wraps. Now, however, Mykhailo Podolyak, the Ukrainian advisor to the president, has told France 24 that it involves using “coercive instruments” that are at once military, diplomatic and economic.
