Ukraine: Vladimir Putin says Russia ‘ready’ for a war with Europe
Russian President Vladimir Putin declared on Tuesday that Russia is "ready" for war should Europe pursue that path, accusing European leaders of sabotaging a potential agreement on the Ukraine conflict ahead of his meeting with American envoys. His remarks came as US envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, arrived in Moscow for high-level negotiations aimed at ending the nearly four-year-long war, following several days of intense diplomatic efforts.
