Car ramming suspect in Germany’s Mannheim attack has ‘indications of mental illness’
At least two people died and several others were injured after a car travelling at high speed on Monday ran into a crowd in the city of Mannheim in western Germany. A 40-year-old German has been arrested whom prosecutors said has "concrete indications of mental illness".
