PowerBall dividends: We have a winner – R14m jackpot struck in PB PLUS draw

A combined R88m will be on the line in the next PowerBall draws on Friday. One player hit the jackpot in Tuesday’s draw.
An estimated R86 million will be on the line in the next PowerBall draw on Friday, 14 January after another jackpot rolled over. The PowerBall PLUS jackpot starts from scratch because one player struck the jackpot on Tuesday night.
WINNING POWERBALL NUMBERS AND DIVIDENDS
According to the PowerBall dividends, the biggest winners in Tuesday’s PB draw were the three individuals that matched five numbers for a dividend of R151 242,20.
The lucky winners were followed by 28 players who matched 4 numbers plus the bonus ball for a return of R10 147,30.
Bringing up the rear were the 130 531 players who managed to match just the PowerBall for a return of R10.
The winning PB numbers were: 20, 23, 27, 38, 45 and PB: 17
In the PB PLUS draw, one player hit the jackpot – matching 5 numbers plus the PowerBall – for a return of R14 913 546,60.
In second were the three players who matched five numbers for a dividend of R64 599,40.
At the other end, 109 202 players managed to guess the bonus ball for a return of R5.
The winning PB PLUS numbers were: 02, 04, 09, 18, 28 and PB: 01
Since there were no big winners, in the main PowerBall draw, the jackpot grows to an estimated R86 million and the PowerBall PLUS jackpot and starts from scratch with R2 million next time around.
